The scope of the project was to remodel an existing octagonal home located in Port Ludlow, WA. The project included a full demolition of the upper and lower levels and the relocation of the primary staircase. Relocating the staircase so that it fit more efficiently within the structural grid of the octagonal frame allowed for a more open floor plan. A new "modern box" element became the backbone for the new kitchen, powder room and storage space. A new master bath at the lower level accompanied a new bedroom suite. Pi R Squared worked alongside our friends at "Blue Earth Builders". Pi R Squared studio produced the design documents, and cabinetry for this project. Our Friend Richard Idris at Tessellations Studio fabricated and installed all of the Tile work.
